Pink Fruits

Hi everybody!! I´ve been sick for a few days, I have a flu, so that´s why I haven´t written on the block.

Today I am felling better, thanks to God!!

So for being healthy, it´s important to eat fresh fruits. And why not Pink ones?




Pink Blackberries are wild fruits. They´re beneficial to health because they´re high in antioxidants and vitamins, as vitamin C and E, which strengthen the inmune system. The blackberries also regulate fat metabolism.  You can eat them in such a variety of ways, like raw, in jams or compotes. 






The Dragon fruit comes in three colours: white, Pink and magenta. That fruit was discoverd for the first time by the Spanish conquerors in Mexico and Colombia. It´s an exotic fruit, wich a flavor similar to a kiwi and in the inside it´s plenty of seeds. It has a lot of healthhy benefits. It stimulates the inmune system. It´s a fruit rich in vitamin C, fiber, calcium and phosphorus. It´s also a fruit low in calories, so it´s perfect for people doing diet. Because of the fiber, it´s a laxative fruit too, helping in intestinal transit. You can eat it as a fresh fruit, but also in cocktails, smoothies and juices. It´s really good if you mix it with a yogurt. 




The Pink Gapefruit is a large orange-like fruit that belongs to the citrus family. It contains a lot of vitamin C, protective against flu. The fruit also contains citric acid, sugars, essencial oils like limonene, vitamin A, B, E and K. About minerals, you can find calcium, folate, phosphorus and potassium. About it´s benefits, they are some important like: the juice of the fruit has an alkaline reaction after digestion, treating problems of acidity; the pectin of the fruit helps to reduce the accumulation of arterial deposits; it helps to reduce the excessive production of cholesterol; a juice of graprefuit and lemon helps to dispell all fatigue and tireness, These are an example of the much benefits the graprefuit has. I recommend you to try it!!!




The Pink Rowanberries are small, acidic fruits that grown on rowan or mountain ash shrubs or trees. Theese shrubs and trees are quite rare in part of the world. They tend to grow in cold climates like the Balkans or Northen Europe. This fruit packs a nutritious pack, including vitamin C, sorbic acid, dietary fiber and antioxidants. About its healthy benefits: the ascorbic acid stimulates the production of white blood cells; the fruit is an actibacterial booster; he fiber helps to facilitate digestion; the organic compounds of the Rowanberries improve any sysptoms of diarrhea; it´s good for relieve asthma and congestion. A lot of good reasons for eating this rare fruit!!!





The Guava is a troprical fruit with a high-profile of nutrients. It comes from the Central Americas and thrives in both humide and dry climates, so its adaptability makes it a favorite commercial crop in some tropical areas. About its taste, is tart to sweet with a grainy texture from the seeds and creamy in texture. About the healthy benefits: the fruit is very rich in soluble dietary fiber so is a good laxative and it also protects the the colon mucous membrane; this tropical fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C so it helps to develope resistance against infectious agents and improves collagen synthesis within the body; it´s rich in antioxidants because it´s a source of vitamin A, lycopene and lutein so it prevents skin damage from UV rays; it´s also a rich source of potassium that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure. That´s another fruit I would like to try because of its multiple benefits!!




The exotic fruit Riberry comes from Oceania. About its taste, it´s tart, cramberry-like flavor but with a hint of cloves. It´s a fruit that possess good asttringent properties, a high vitamin C and anti-oxidants. The fruit has also high levels of B12 and calcium. It´s a fruit difficult to find outside Oceania so they aren´t much information about it.
